■Production Instruction
In order to improve power factor and quality of voltage, self-healing low voltage shunt power capacitor is suitable for power frequency AC system which rated voltage is 1200V and below, the frequency of 50HZ and 60HZ. This kind of capacitors with function of Insulated and self-recovery, use metalized plastic film (MPP) which withstand voltage and electrical is good as the dielectric, once the dielectric damaged immediately restore the insulation to make the capacitor back to normal and continue to operate and get the function of insulated and self-recovery. Dielectric loss is small, low temperature rise and long service life. Comply with GB/JIS/IEC standards.
■Technical Requirements
●The altitude of installation and operation area not more than 2000m
●The place of installation and operation should not have harmful gas, steam, conductivity and explosive dust.
●The place of installation and operation should not have severe mechanical shock.
●Ambient air temperature of installation place should comply with ambient air temperature of capacitors category.( the company is-25/B,Class B represents that the highest ambient air temperature is 45℃, the highest average is 35℃ for 24h, the highest average is 25℃ for a year).
●Capacitance range Qn: 1kvar~100kvar (according to the customer’s requirement to customize)
●Voltage: 1 KVAC and below.
●Capacitor case material: Scrub iron case.
●Capacitance value tolerance: 0~+15%
●（tanδ）：≤0.002（20℃ 100Hz）
●Loss Tangent（tanδ）：≤0.002（20℃ 100Hz）
●Capacitor with discharge device, residual voltage can fall in 3min from Un to 50V or less.
●Exposed metal parts of capacitor have good anti-corrosion layer.
